About Jan
My name is Janice
(Jan) St. Germain, and I've owned and operated a successful Virtual
Assistant practicesince October of 1996. I'm located in Albuquerque,
New Mexico, located just about an hour or so South of Santa Fe, the "City Different".
Ok. Let's talk about
virtual assistance and what I do. Virtual assistance is little bit like
love, or even faith. You can't actually see it, but you can sure
feel it working. You may not be able to see me, but boy, I sure do work!
I usually work alone,
but occasionally I have to farm out work only because it may not be in
my area of expertise, or I just don't have the time to take on any more
work myself. I belong to a network of virtual
office professionals who provide administrative and other specialized
services for life coaches, real estate professionals, and other
small or home based businesses. So, if I can't help you, I know
someone who can, and they will be recommended to you by me with my
'seal of approval'.
My main goal is to
bring you the very best in efficiency and technical expertise, along
with leaving you with a feeling of 150% satisfaction. One way I strive to meet your needs, is by offering
a couple of different payment plans; monthly retainer, and standard hourly.
You can even pay for services by credit card through PayPal.
Whether your particular operation is a corporation, LLC, or a sole proprietorship,
my company JanStGermain.com, can provide you with specialized administrative and business
support services - virtually, direct from my fully equipped office
to yours, without the extra cost, location and space requirements associated with hiring an actual
employee.
I work as independent
contractor, using leading edge technology to skillfully complete and
deliver work assignments to you via the Internet, E-mail, fax, Express
Mail, diskette/CD, FTP (file transfer protocol), real-time online
messaging, secure online file sharing, and any other viable, mutually
agreed upon means of information exchange.
I offer all potential
clients a no obligation
consultation, where we can discuss and develop support solutions to meet your
specific business needs. This is also where we can determine if virtual
assistance is right for you. Let's face it, it's not for everyone. This
won't work if you have a tendency to micromanage. You have to be able to
'let go' a little, and put your trust in me and my abilities.
The services I offer
have no
geographical or technical limitations. Especially in this "high tech" day and age. I am NOT a temporary employment agency. I
am a small business owner, consultant, and entrepreneur - just like
you. I partner with you and take a genuine interest in
the success of your business, and I am available (barring any unforeseen
circumstances of course) when you need me. Best of all, you get the same great service and technical expertise from
the same talented and professional person (that would be moi) each and
every time, without fail.
Yes, this
concept really does work. And, (do the math for yourself), it saves you
a bundle in administrative and overhead costs; benefits, insurance,
special training, extra space or equipment - just to name a few. You're
charged only for time-on-task and not for my personal
breaks or other down time.
Is virtual assistance right for you?
I'm here to help you find out. Contact me today for your free
no obligation consultation. I'll work with you to
develop solutions to meet your specific business needs.
